How To Add Disk Cleanup To Right-Click Menu For A Drive In Windows 7

Follow the steps below:
1. Click the “Start” button, and type in”regedit”in the blank.


2. Browse the list as following: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell.

3. Create a new key called “diskcleanup”and set the default value to “Disk Cleanup”.

4. Create another key underneath the “diskcleanup” key named “command” and set the default value to”cleanmgr.exe /d %1″.

5. You have added a disk cleanup item to the right click menu for a drive.
